Meet Martha

Martha didn't come to interior design in a straight line, but every part of the path was training for it. She started in public relations, where she learned how to create a vision and tell story. That instinct is still at the center of her work today, just expressed in floor plans and finishes instead of press releases.

Years at home raising her kids gave her something else: a personal understanding of how a well-designed space actually shapes a family's daily life. That understanding, combined with formal design training and several years honing her craft at another studio, led her to open Martha Ware Design in 2025, a firm built on genuine listening and meticulous execution, not just aesthetics.

Martha loves creating custom interior spaces that feel personal and elevated while remaining functional and comfortable. Inspired by art, travel, architecture, and the lives of her clients, she designs homes with warmth, character, and lasting beauty.

She has a restless streak, and it's because she finds the most inspiration when she's on the move. Having lived in Europe, Asia, and across the US, she brings a global, well-traveled eye to every room she designs.
